No increment in salary can you image 4%increment on your salary and you worked like a dog while year.. seniors treat you like there servant , no respect for employees.. it’s an horrible experience, no time for your own life.

Strict working hours from 9-7. There are no pre generated leads you as a personal Banker if you are hired as a fresher through clg placement, thn you have to generate the leads by your own. Targets are there . They will ask you to get a two wheeler which they will not mention in during interview or in JD .

Working with HDFC BANK in my life is terrible . Here in HDFC more politics , social life terrible , work life balance is too poor , 11- 12 hours work & employee are treated as labour. I rate HDFC as worst place for work

Good organisation, Multi Tasking, Cooperative team Hdfc bank is one of the largest banks in India providing good career growth with a competitive environment and handling multi-tasking environments and sales targets.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job traning is not given to new joiners.
