Worst place... No job security, Everytime ur boss threat, pick ur papers... I was senior manager with 7 figure salary n was selling 1000 recurring deposit... Thank s company never understand how to use employee power

Job is fully secure if performed good and do follow the guidelines. Good work life balance and recognition.

No as such dislike but I may be very few of them who is working with such low salary structure respect to my designation and responsibilities in my employer. Hope this will corrected shortly or else I have to look for options only for salary hike. Or it should be difficult to sustain with my regular normal expenses.

Culture, management is more focused towards numbers and for that they don't care about own peoples health, work life balance. In my tenured I have seen many a times unprofessional behaviour by senior in teams call.
