Bank policies , proceeders and job security hene i would preffer Hdfc Bank only.

Dislikes

Most of the Employees not getting promotions in time and salary hiking means newly joined person getting highest salary but existing employees getting lessor salaries compare to newly joined persons.

Salary, training,skill development,perks and benefits

Dislikes

Politics, lack of support by supervisor and BM ,CH, also HR policy not working properly,huge unwanted work pressure and work life balance,it's demanded forcefully sales job.

Bank is very organised in terms of process for customers and functions.

Dislikes

Bank has grown by 10x in last 10 years but salary growth is just average 5%. Supervisors feedback is only benchmark for promotion. HR doesnt support employees. Always takes side of business.

I had been promoted internally from officer grade to Assistant manager grade. There are not much difference in salary of an Assistant manager & officer grade. So, you starting your promoted career on a demotivated note.

Only the technical interface side of the platforms used while in tramsactions

Dislikes

It does not have any transparency on promotion criteria, no uniformity of salary structure, vintage staff are not given due pay , promotions. HR has no roles or say when any staff asks for any query or requirement but says at the discretion of Cluster heads who never encourages except only flattering is done.
