holidays working without extra pay.Work culture, pathetic HR support,non responsiveness of other departments, very confusing performance system and promotions system. No role of HR , YOUR BOSS IS EVERYTHING,

1) Very bad pay master : E1 (Asst Manager) - D2 (DVP) : annual appraisal hike, promotion hike and bonus are less than ICICI Bank. 2) Too much of politics, partiality & favouritism. Seniors support the lobby. Most of people getting promotions are not based on merit but based on relationship with immediate Supervisors who are mostly insecure of promising downline. 3) Late sitting culture. Does not matter to the management. Technology is the worst across Banking industry in India as a result unproductive works take lot of time resulting to late sitting. 4) Too much of micro management and tracking sucking the people's lives.

The only pro is the salary and shares, in fact its the only reason why employees work here

Dislikes

Long working hours, highly understaffed offices, no work-life balance. On-the-job training makes it difficult to learn the technicalities. Everyone is extremely busy and so the new employee is left to fend on his own. However, if you do even a slight blunder whole organization comes to bite your head off. Although it sounds like a desk job you are made to travel from one branch location to another on no notice. And on month ends you are so rushed you forget to breathe or eat. Overall won't recommend it to an enemy!

I enjoyed working at hdfc bank but the thing is growth level is very slow and work is like multi tasking at the same time we have look multiple task in welcome desk but i enjoy my work but looking for good and growth wise better opportunity

Support from senior. Various Training realated to work colleagues were supportive too enjoyed working in this organisation

There were politics and management doesn't address our issue sometime its happen salary was very low compare to work which i have done
