Bank environment and culture is good and supervisor interact time by time for updation and revision in product and policies.

No compensation to internal staff. Only hires external staff with good hikes only

...artial behaviour of seniors No implementation of deadline No existence of HR Poor pay masters to existing employees vs new highered difference HR benefits reduction Overloading of reduntant work leading to inefficiency in 8 hours hence resulting in late working hours Unnecessary data mis preparation almost every week In simple words this bank should be closed and handed over to govt

Salary and perks and grading system is not good.. i have joined as HDFC Ltd prior to merger. HDFC Bank is having worst Grading system. Freshers who have joined got double promotion without even performing good.

...osses are really good and they support you and understand you and your hardwork. So if your understanding with your boss is good even with a low package then stay with him for at least 2 years.

Dislikes

HR manager has no power, whistle blower policy will ruin your career because people will come to know about you. Some bosses will play with your career. And some bosses will even harass you for forceful resignation. If you are on notice period, avoid email outside of organisation.
