Also one good thing about the organization is you can get all the national holidays and all the sundays and saturdays (except first and third) are off. It is a good organization to work with.

First and most importantly the sales pressure, which is too high, every single hour the team leaders ask for business numbers and because of that sometimes we feel frustrated and disappointed from life. If you handle the sales pressure and able to generate numbers then you can survive here.

Worst work culture now, poor increment worst in the industry, appraisal system worst, no promotion, contest money never given, out of kra work, no knowledge of upper management, finishing verticals serially

Work culture and the seniors disrespect there juniors, abused them, Cut there salary, not allowed for any medical leave.. and all this things are happened infront of camera but still the management are not taking any action against him
