Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some times, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Salary Improvement required, old & new employee salary pakage are different of same post. Old employees got low package & new appointy get higher pakage of salary.

Very very low Salary, environment, daily huddle, lot's of pressure. Always Team manager and unit head will say do Life insurance.than home loan, personal loan then other products.

Compensation to responsibility is very poor Salary hike is a myth Can't use hdfc account or credit cards without getting audit for simplest of transactions There's no training activity or skill development programmes; you'll be given n role and they expect you to magically handle it.
