Thanks for Giving us Opportunity to Work with HDFC, Job Security is ok. Career growth is average , Salary and Appraisal is average.

Dislikes

Salary and Appraisal not upto the mark. Career growth is slow as compared to other organisations. work life not balance due to heavy pressure with different task and Target . Also Competition in same organisations with same vertical at every branch due to unnecessary recruitment at same location with same role. Salary is not good as compared to new employee.

One thing good about bank is that it works on buttering system which lead to fast growth of employee which I lack off 🤷‍♀️

Salary structure Imbalanced work life n company culture Gender discrimination Biased promotion including rating, bonus and increment No proper herichary to solve the issues faced by employee, if addresed then no solution given inadequate to this, have to face more toxic enviornment and inappropriate behaviour by seniors

Job is fully secure if performed good and do follow the guidelines. Good work life balance and recognition.

Dislikes

No as such dislike but I may be very few of them who is working with such low salary structure respect to my designation and responsibilities in my employer. Hope this will corrected shortly or else I have to look for options only for salary hike. Or it should be difficult to sustain with my regular normal expenses.

...with hdfc bank however bank is lacking in one thing that is internal promotion.people coming from outside getting more salary than existing experienced employee that gives feeling of disparity and promote people to switch to get better salary.

Leads will be provided by Branch but at Hyd there is a big ambiguity as Branch have lesser targets for Lending due to Merger and You will not be removed immediately dats the beauty u can continue working but meanwhile u can clear ur Hk Items to be in line . They will remove u just like that. No hire n fire system.

... man army which is wrong. U hav to beg every guy for your work to be completed . Salary satisfaction is minimum.
