...work culture, leadership does not take any ownership. Everything is delegated. Pay disparity is not considered an issue and in fact the leadership creates it by hiring without any compensation guard rails to meet their own professional goals. If you are underpaid, would suggest you quit after 1-2 years after taking the brand on your resume. It’s a typical yes man culture that has been developed. Disagreeing, however professionally, is considered tantamount to personal differences by leadership. Overall poor work culture, Low appraisals, HR & compensation team are very insensitive in their language, leadership is not technically sound.

... end, you end up with a pile load of work. 4. The respect for employees is zero. Just paying a big fat salary shouldn't be the indicator of employee happiness. Work life balance is horrible. You are expected to work late everyday as the work structure itself is in shambles. 5. Absence of work-timings. 6. Every next work is a priority work. 7. You have no role in decision making. 8. There is no special attention to paid to up-skill employees. 9. Rewards and recognition are very rare.

Saturday is working so no weekends, Compensation is low, They do cost cutting in everything, Analyst know better than their TL's, Not prepared for WFH, even for small laptop issues you need to visit office. Their IT team is useless..

Leads will be provided by Branch but at Hyd there is a big ambiguity as Branch have lesser targets for Lending due to Merger and You will not be removed immediately dats the beauty u can continue working but meanwhile u can clear ur Hk Items to be in line . They will remove u just like that. No hire n fire system.

... man army which is wrong. U hav to beg every guy for your work to be completed . Salary satisfaction is minimum.
