Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

HDFC was given to an appointment letter, in this my total salary will be 13000 and 2500 for HRA, basic salary will be 10500 in which PF deduction is 12% of basic salary but till my UAN NO. is not generate and HR team told that your total salary is more than 15000 so that's why UAN NO will not generated, few days ago I had received a form 16, TDS in which my total salary is 15680 and no any other deductions are shown there but I received a monthly salary of rupees 11740 only so where is the remaining salary's amount, I ask my senior but they have shut my mouth they told that talk with your HR and Hr says that talk with your manager, what is this...!!, and I also not getting the salary of month of may 2020. Hence overall experience was terrible.

The seniors are very supportive. But honestly there is no place for relaxation. Huge work pressure all the time.

There is no decent salary as compared to other companies. Slow career growth and have no job security at all. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I Was working with HDFC Bank Bangalore . My branch Manager was a bengali , Ch was also a bengali . They have created a hell like work culture . Main work of branch manager is to observe the pressure which is coming from CH. But in our case the bengali branch manager used to put employees infront of the Ch and Zh . He is not even fixing any clinet call for that also he will put employees infront of CH . And shout loudly infront of customers also ,... The bengali man is so selfish in his approach . Only thinking about themselve not about the situation of employee. He need everyone tobe active in 1st of month ... so pathetic.. most of relation managers are getting bald as they are not able to handle pressure. and having bp and other health issues .
