Number one Bank in India and job security

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Complete Comment based on my work role : There is no work life balence, daily 12 plus hour need to work without any extra pay. Holiday working mandatory and no comp off and no extra pay. No work culture and not an employee friendly organisation. Complete control by the boss and i was treated like a slave in the 3 months of notice period, they asked to do holiday working in notice period also. Not an employee friendly organisation, not recommended.

It is a big brand. Will pay good package if one negotiate properly. My boss was good so I got lot of support.

Dislikes

Work is hectic. Unreasonable targets. People who do not meet targets have to work on Sundays as well without compensation. Luckily I was not among those.
