I'm working with HDFC for last 7yrs the overall experience is good .I love the company culture and work life balance

Only drawback is salary I have 7 yrs experience in HDFC and I could really feel very underpaid for my experience.

...person's works. 3. Time frame is decided for work but workload is very high. 4. New commers are comming in high package as compared to old employees. 5. Average increment is 4.5% in a year which is not fair as compared to inflation rate. 6.Overall status is average.

Pathetic work culture with pathetic Benefits and Infrastructure. Those who are joining due to high salary you will overcompensate for that. Your salary gradually get adjusted in your appraisals. And in any case you are willing to join ask them if they can provide you a seat or otherwise you will be working from home at your own expense.

Job security Professional Culture After serving 2-3 years, I was able to manage all issues and got good rating, Bonus and good work life balance and I had enough time to learn new things

Work Life balance For New Joiners - Manpower issue - Overloaded backlog work Increment on average rating is 4% which is very low for people who are working under minimum pay and 1st year 90% employees get 4% No outing to release stress - Overloaded queues Monetary benefit amount also gets after 3-4 months which is also too long time Referral amount is only if both employees are working, Good strategy but not employee friendly Mental pressure by Senior Management
