Work balance is there but no life. Extended hours of working even when you are not supposed to stay. Hr just a pacifier rather than problem solving or solution provided If you are single it will be a best place because you have no time to concentrate on the family

Work and life balance is there. Except increase in salary part other benefits are available. Getting Promotion is really harder. Seems less growth in the company especially for women's.

Sometimes cannot manage work and life balance. Getting promotion is really hard. Even though ur good performers. U have to be close enough to your superiors.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give minimum bonus to every least one too, but they won't mind about the exp employee who works for a long period of 6 to 7yrs in the same company. Comparing to new joinee there salaries are very low.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. No salary growth and career growth is slow.

45% income target ll get increases every year . But for employees only get 4.5% in default.

Dislikes

Very bad in treating existing employees in salary wise. For new and with less experience getting market range salary. Existing employee's only get that same 4.5% regularly even after 10years. After 10 years only will get promotion.

...with clients.. And also such a team coordination seems to have more enthusiasm.. Bonus and incentive will be there for an year
