Contract permanent employee partiality Non rational thinking managers Vendors should work like donkeys while permanent staff is chilling Most permanent staff are not good at their work Top management never hear about vendor employee concerns Many permanent staff is being paid hell of salary for no reason. ...and six month as a team leader but for them employees are not worth in any mean. They refused to give salary certificate and that's why I joined some other bank and there I get minimum package coz I don't have any salary details. I've got very bad experience here and am not going to suggest any one to work with hdfc under quantum. And our RSM Mr. Subhrandu medda he is hippocrit and culprit he hired females in good package even they don't have any knowledge. I really hate that guy.

Dislikes

Bank is too good but it's depends on seniors. There is no timely promotions and salary hike, HR is totally dependend on higher level management. Bank is hiring staff from outside on higher package but not promotint our internal staff. There is no value of knowleehe
