Working with HDFC BANK in my life is terrible . Here in HDFC more politics , social life terrible , work life balance is too poor , 11- 12 hours work & employee are treated as labour. I rate HDFC as worst place for work

Working in Hdfc organisation gives me a wonderful opportunity to develop my knowledge but , Unfortunately Ive been tested positive on mid of july because of coming to work in hdfc There is no work from home option available, this gave me a very bad impression to our organisation And we are working with full strength (100%) of staffs No job security and work culture is really bad at this situation covid 19 I would request hr /management to give option for work from home or reduce the manpower in work station Or by coming alternative days atleast

... is outstanding. Obviously as Hdfc bank is first in brand there is job security. As I was in retail branch banking salary is good for your operations work but appraisal depends on your accomplishment of sales target. But doing both operations and sales is difficult as I was in teller counter. So i will tell overall Hdfc bank is my favorite bank but i will suggest retail branch banking is worst in any private banks. If you are a sales oriented person then it's suits you.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. As I m in operations level as teller they will not take the work we are doing in consideration for growth and appraisals they simply check the sales target. Bonus also depends on that. This is not fair. They only give basic training. There is no on job training for freshers. There is hundreds of products who will learn us. In a year there was training and exams only to improve skills and to know about third party products.

...work Life balance, Branch Staff had to work more than 12 hr, even on Holidays. Poor Pay master, no Carrier Growth. No job security.
