Well this was my 1st job after my masters & i cant thank them enough for the great work culture along with emphasis on continued learning & skill upgradation. I had the opportunity to work with great bosses to name Mr PB Dhilip, Mr Micheal Lobo, Mr Arthur , Mr Durgaprasad Mahapatra who had been a great mentor to me & had worked closely with them. They had always entrusted on maintain good work ethics & structured way of getting our targets acheived. I had worked in both sales & operations & never was a day where i didnt feel excited.

Maybe the salary of management trainees could be increased. But none the less great environment.

...ve become more aggressive on sales side without proper Incentivisation for it. 3) Fixed hike on salary and yearly bonus of Peanuts size every year. 4) Slow decision making at senior level, which hampers the flow of Investments from different Channels. 5) Making us work on Saturdays, through officially it's off.

...from senior management and losing ground to competition. No incentive structure. Almost fixed increments every year with similar fixed bonus.

Salary structure is not great at lower levels, making to work on Saturdays even though officially it's a off. Need to improve on technology side

The work culture of the company is good and work life balance to also good.

Dislikes

The discrimination is very high in the company and the salary they provide to off-role employees is extremely low as compared to freshers on-role employees as both works on same role and same work level.

... government department. Totally based on perception. No actual process in place. HR is pathetic and is baniye ki dukan when it comes to salary negotiation. Every Saturday is half day working. Officially they say Monday to Friday.
