The discrimination is very high in the company and the salary they provide to off-role employees is extremely low as compared to freshers on-role employees as both works on same role and same work level.

This company is taking proper precautions to beat covid 19 . Proper guidelines are provided to every employee how to tackle this situation while on working mode. Most important company takes care of employees financially. HDFC is itself a brand so love to work with this top brand.

I feel this that our working is not showing to top level managers. Growth is slow sometimes our efforts got hidden.

Being the first job i never expected a corporate life can be good as it was. Being surrounded with the employees who always motivate you and gives you the positive feeling while working.

Employees work for two things money and work satisfaction. Low incentives always demotivate them.
