New Managing Director is awesome. A session is organised for all employees every month with MD or other experts from various industries which is very informative (New initiative taken by MD). Sports majorly cricket is sponsored by company.

Dislikes

... the mark, they don't treat employees fairly, sometimes uses abusive language. Compensation wise the industry rates are far better than the company. Human resource personnel are not active, and are old fashioned, casuals or semi casuals are not allowed on Fridays. No annual parties are organised. This year mandatory leaves are cut down from 10 days to 5 days.

Work life balance is certainly there with a good corporate culture.

Dislikes

...a difficult task if you work in the south zone particularly in AP and TS region. Pay is not at par to the industry standards it frustrates a lot many times. Distributors are frustrated with the brokerages and they would shade their entire frustration on the sales people.

The company provides fabulous work life balance with benefits and perks .job security is 100% .

Salary growth is there but limits is there . Every one gets almost same salary increase in percentage terms .

1.Management is very corporative but very stringent when it comes to compliance. 2.Lot of training programs, webinar are conducted for employees to learn about cross functional team work. 3.You can easily balance your work life.

Salary hike is less. Promotion process is very slow.

Well this was my 1st job after my masters & i cant thank them enough for the great work culture along with emphasis on continued learning & skill upgradation. I had the opportunity to work with great bosses to name Mr PB Dhilip, Mr Micheal Lobo, Mr Arthur , Mr Durgaprasad Mahapatra who had been a great mentor to me & had worked closely with them. They had always entrusted on maintain good work ethics & structured way of getting our targets acheived. I had worked in both sales & operations & never was a day where i didnt feel excited.

Dislikes

Maybe the salary of management trainees could be increased. But none the less great environment.
