New Managing Director is awesome. A session is organised for all employees every month with MD or other experts from various industries which is very informative (New initiative taken by MD). Sports majorly cricket is sponsored by company.

No cafeteria in Head Office is a disappointing point. Team leaders (AVP, Joint AVPs) are not upto the mark, they don't treat employees fairly, sometimes uses abusive language. Compensation wise the industry rates are far better than the company. Human resource personnel are not active, and are old fashioned, casuals or semi casuals are not allowed on Fridays. The job was struggling inthe beginning as the systems were too error prone. Many areas are there where checking is avoided, resulting in high risk of errors. No formal training sessions were organised. Tasks given were repetitive in nature.
