1)Underpaid employees at lower level. 2)Have become more aggressive on sales side without proper Incentivisation for it. 3) Fixed hike on salary and yearly bonus of Peanuts size every year. 4) Slow decision making at senior level, which hampers the flow of Investments from different Channels. 5) Making us work on Saturdays, through officially it's off.

Top management is very good so they understand problems in business and which good but your immediate boss plays very important role in your job as lack of communication channel with super bosses and they also don't bother about junior employees. Growth is very slow and performer and non performer will be more or less at the same level in terms of growth.
