Ambiguity in JOB offer.
I recently changed my Job as Business Manager with Arka Fincap, but some how I also selected as BM(Branch manager) with HDB financial and Varthana finance. I am very confused, to what I will do. CTC would be same approximately. Suggest me right decision with reason... 1. I can continue with Arka Fincap. 2. Will join HDB financial as BM. 3. Will join Varthana finance as BM. Salary is less against the work field of the employee and proper all profits available in this company at a stage, eg the ESIC deduction is continuously from my salary but till now I can't take benifits and also I not received my ESIC card till Now. Same is fron approx all employees. So please provide our ESIC card as soon as possible. And please transparent mention our all Productivity and deduction from salary, PLP etc in a specific platform of the Company. Thanks

I love the fact that i am part of team that market reliable, high- Quality products and has a global client base. As a result, i gat to travel broad, especially to the US and CANADA. But on site-travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

...are ever immortal, then you do not get leave until your target is not fulfilled.Apart from the work for which she is hired, she also gets other work done and the salary is also very less, there is no possibility of promotion or its policy is very bad, to work in another company 6 There is a need of a gap of months so that the employees keep wandering here and there for the job or due to HDB company policy there is no option to go to any other company.
