Job Security is the only plus point in the company. The company is good for freshers and people with high experience

Dislikes

Salary increments are very low, promotions there are in many cases biased and low in numbers. Work satisfaction is on below average level due to unrealistic incentive slab make earning good money very difficult. If you are 2-3 yrs of experience person don't come here. Just people being a fresher or a 8yrs+ experience people are valued then also freshers are also get their valued getting less after their 1st increment (1-1.5yrs) after joining the company

Lot of things Pls remove sales part from HDB it's credit oriented group where only making fun on the basis of sales performance throw hold files without knowing facts in this group sales person are fool only credit is good If credit is good then why set higher target for sales team

Salry is very low for SALES MANAGER as compare to other NBFC's Hardly holidays are available Some time need to work on sundays also without any single holiday which is very worst

HDB give us a opportunity to job and give us avarage salary pakage to make our life style good. And also Insentive structure is very good.

Dislikes

Their are lots of things I dislike of this company. They hold salary if you didn't achive your target. After 6 months your salary cutoff upto RS. 1000 which one is terrible. The work culture and pressure also not acceptable. And lots of things are very poor of this company.

Salary structure of T.m and above is Good, But when we are talking about sso and SM is terrible.

When you are in HDB then Forget about personal life.Branch Open all day after arth in every month. Promotion is not Happen as per your Performance it's all depends on your relation with Boss.
