i am working with HDB finance since 2015,i like the culture of organisation.Even though seniors are very supportive. they supports in my work to grow my performance. As per travailing this is very convenient to me as my offic is near ( walkable distance) from station.

...here is no time limit to work hence we are not able ti manage work life balance. salary or appraisal - we need to get salary it incentives on the basis our work performance however some of time it will getting upon your behaviour towards your seniors..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that iam part of team.and work happily in collaboration

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have work 11 to 12 hours

The company is reputation but I'm working as a support staff of HDFC .We was working a quality products about credit cards,day to day transactions we monitor and serving to customers.

Dislikes

Drawback was we learnt little much only because of support staff and growth is dead slow but compensation also very bad.Some managers not value a support staff talents, they demotivate.
