I am working as a relationship manager for HDFC Bank under HDB payroll. Only good thing is every month we get salary on time.

TM behaviour is very poor. And training is not done properly. That's why we are not clear about everything. And working time is 09:00 am to 06:30 pm

...il of the customer and in Delhi one HR is very bad he always like a Dictator Mr.Siddharth Talwakar always give only one word to the employee I hold your salary this type of working culture and one thing company didn't get any feedback to the employee may be junior employee is right. I believe some one said that boss is always write in this case Mr.Siddharth but I give lot of thanks to all members of HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD Family I always respect and I quit the job of HDB searching new job.

There Caller should wait 5 to 6 yrs to get the promotion.salary package is very poor compared with market price.for TLs will never get promotion even work for a decades .4 Managers work there they think they are the center of the universe don't allow TLS to stand up for their decision. Worst management follows only the managers words.worst office politics.manager insult the TLs for they tell their point of view openly .managers need all there TLs to be puppet for them. totally useless company.
