...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address aur issues. Salry is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No co-operate from any seniors. Do self each and every thing. Sales and collection. Target pressure is 100 % but support is 0%. Work starting time is 8.00am ending time not fixed.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.
