There Caller should wait 5 to 6 yrs to get the promotion.salary package is very poor compared with market price.for TLs will never get promotion even work for a decades .4 Managers work there they think they are the center of the universe don't allow TLS to stand up for their decision. Worst management follows only the managers words.worst office politics.manager insult the TLs for they tell their point of view openly .managers need all there TLs to be puppet for them. totally useless company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

This company had supported a lot amid pandemic, the company policies are good. Working from home provides more flexibility, Employers encourage us to find time to have virtual coffees or even happy hours. Also training for online collaboration was must in career life.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...ed I here as collection officer last 2 years . Office environment is good but . supervisor and managers are nice compare to salary it's very low and every 1 year appraisal amount will raise only 1000 rupees and basin salary also very poor
