There Caller should wait 5 to 6 yrs to get the promotion.salary package is very poor compared with market price.for TLs will never get promotion even work for a decades .4 Managers work there they think they are the center of the universe don't allow TLS to stand up for their decision. Worst management follows only the managers words.worst office politics.manager insult the TLs for they tell their point of view openly .managers need all there TLs to be puppet for them. totally useless company.

Working in Hdb financial was very good and also u have a job security. And also have an good bonus every year based on our work performance. And also u will get a ample Leave.

...n the time thinks what to do next way for every difficulty. No financial issues. Salary on the time in months last date. & About covid - 19 with the HDB services best in sanitizer spray , low cooling AC , limited people working & Caring each other people work with him.

Salary is less and structure not cleard, working on sunday twice in month and get comp off on next month 1st week,

... friendly nature atmosphere are very healthy for all staff specially for ladies. Salary gets on time , other benefits like salry PF it is also on time. HR office staff are very supportive.

Being an off roll staff i was not able to get mediclaime facility. HDB bus services for employees been stopped. Their are no facility to convert from off roll staff to HDFC bank staff. Because of there are large no of staff in one dept sometimes at time of rating you could not get good rating...
