Lot of things Pls remove sales part from HDB it's credit oriented group where only making fun on the basis of sales performance throw hold files without knowing facts in this group sales person are fool only credit is good If credit is good then why set higher target for sales team

there is a fix time salary and attractive incentive

There's work hard ,the work very pressure is very high .not same all process but credit card team 18-30 date work very hard and heavy pressure the agent of the collection .it is the reason deta volume , and card team has only 10 working days .at time some agent very disappointed because they not done there targets

Co employee was good here and only two team menager was good in this company

...her bank or is not able to get any other job should only try to get in this one. Also a very crucial point there will be compulsory premium deduction from your salary in the name of penalty like..if. You not wear traditional in any festival they will be charged 100rs fine...and when someone is which will be added while mentioning your CTC. All other companies provided insurance to their employees at no additional cost but with HDB it's different.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. And if old employee want rejoining but not allowed in company. Because high level officers low level thinking.

There is no support for employees. I appreciate that company paid during pandemic but cut much amount of salary. And there is no security of job.

Dislikes

I am glad to working with HDBFs but there is no job security because recently i am moved in collection calling department from sales while i was working very well.
