Its good for a fresher to get an experience...but not long term because salary is to poor only get credited on time....

Low paid salary for ground level employee.. Some supervisor (ony boy) are very disappointing they are very bad behaviour..... is not good for long term stay unless you have very good...

Salary provided in lockdown without any cost cutting. secure job. Many things to learn for freshers.

3 months of notice period for lower level positions also. Increment is not so good it feel like we recieved chanda. Not a good option for future growths

HDB Financial Services is the best to growth of Sales not to internal operations

Internal operations team have didn't get high salary hike, those are getting only like 500 , 600 yearly appraisal. There is no growth in non sales.

Not getting increment in 3 year also not getting any bonus in 3 years . In this organisation operations teams not get any compliments of work . Every operation employee feel bad in this organisation.

... environment and really supportive bank staff also as usual as HDB Hr companies policies are good appraisals are good salary hike and bonus good in every year actually in this year my promotion due but still promotion pending
