Job Security is the only plus point in the company. The company is good for freshers and people with high experience

Dislikes

Salary increments are very low, promotions there are in many cases biased and low in numbers. Work satisfaction is on below average level due to unrealistic incentive slab make earning good money very difficult. If you are 2-3 yrs of experience person don't come here. Just people being a fresher or a 8yrs+ experience people are valued then also freshers are also get their valued getting less after their 1st increment (1-1.5yrs) after joining the company

This organisation is best place who wants to learn something and who interested to do out of box.Company policy is very good. Job security is high.
