They provide you way less compensation and expects to work all the days of month starting at 7 in the morning and ending at 10-11 at night (during the last days of month at times employee walks out of company at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning).

The company is readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am part of a team that market reliable,high quality products and has a global client base .we have to provide satisfactory service to customers and early decision for loan sanction.

Compensation is good, but growth is slow and no performance centraized of any employee.

They give you salary on time and infrastructure is good.

People are very rude .they will torture you until you left the company and manager are very unethical they don't know how to talk to their employees.

HDB give us a opportunity to job and give us avarage salary pakage to make our life style good. And also Insentive structure is very good.

Dislikes

Their are lots of things I dislike of this company. They hold salary if you didn't achive your target. After 6 months your salary cutoff upto RS. 1000 which one is terrible. The work culture and pressure also not acceptable. And lots of things are very poor of this company.
