...rcle office after collating from branches. In our cluster there are 17 branches. Salary as per pressure is not so good growth is also not good. This job is not HDFC bank payroll it is HDB payroll though u ll get all banking holidays. If any candidate is looking for this job only he/she need to have patience, cz collating report from branches is not as easy. If ur boss is happy with ur performence as per recommendation u ll get job in HDFC bank payroll within 3 yrs approx. Otherwise as this (HDB FINANCE)is a sister concern of HDFC BANK candidate need to serve cooling period in any other organisation for 1 yr. Overall work enviornment is good , thankfully I did not face any problem (politics). Thank you

There Caller should wait 5 to 6 yrs to get the promotion.salary package is very poor compared with market price.for TLs will never get promotion even work for a decades .4 Managers work there they think they are the center of the universe don't allow TLS to stand up for their decision. Worst management follows only the managers words.worst office politics.manager insult the TLs for they tell their point of view openly .managers need all there TLs to be puppet for them. totally useless company.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
