...oyees work for the incentive only here, but the company is so many restrictions. It comes to salary. They give only 14 to 15,000 salary for the one month, When comes to incentive part, they give incentive, but every month they’re holding 10 to 15% from our salary If you work here continuously 12 months, then only they give the 10% holding of the salary in Q2. This is very terrible to work in HDBfinancial services. Be careful to join this institutions.

They are holding my nearly 70 to 80,000 incentive during the notice period and also they are not given me the annual bonus as well,

Working as part of HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES it's for me one of the first stage to show my skill. also iam very happy to saying this here, I learnt KYC and MIS process. about company and management support it's one best gift for me because without management team support we missing lot of opportunities so it's a good experience for me.

Working as a part of HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES it's good but here providing salary package it's not satisfied.

There is no professional growth.. since I am working from 4 more years I didn't get any promotion and appraisals. Before 2 years we can't move to any other HDB and HDFC verticals if it is not there we can move to better positions

It's a Good company to growth our furture and make money here otherwise no facilities.

Dislikes

There are few dislike points are there without business no salary and there is no on-role job, And position wise there is no hike salary and allowance also not providing it's too much difficulty to servive.
