Internal operations team have didn't get high salary hike, those are getting only like 500 , 600 yearly appraisal. There is no growth in non sales.

This is the worst platform of people and job security also not tr ...no benefits working hour also more I hate hdb company they will not support us also...

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is also low 12000 but career growth is not possible. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
