There Caller should wait 5 to 6 yrs to get the promotion.salary package is very poor compared with market price.for TLs will never get promotion even work for a decades .4 Managers work there they think they are the center of the universe don't allow TLS to stand up for their decision. Worst management follows only the managers words.worst office politics.manager insult the TLs for they tell their point of view openly .managers need all there TLs to be puppet for them. totally useless company.

Salary on time, working pressure is average, work - life balance is average.

Dislikes

No co-operate from any seniors. Do self each and every thing. Sales and collection. Target pressure is 100 % but support is 0%. Work starting time is 8.00am ending time not fixed.

Job Security is the only plus point in the company. The company is good for freshers and people with high experience

Dislikes

Salary increments are very low, promotions there are in many cases biased and low in numbers. Work satisfaction is on below average level due to unrealistic incentive slab make earning good money very difficult. If you are 2-3 yrs of experience person don't come here. Just people being a fresher or a 8yrs+ experience people are valued then also freshers are also get their valued getting less after their 1st increment (1-1.5yrs) after joining the company

I am like to company only and salary credit on time 31st and leave policy available for monthly 2.5 days

Company policy not maintain tenure employee/tenure employee some people handling 0%/monthly one Saturday week for Team manager above/ promotion only tenure employee recommendation/

Work life balance very bad,salary is lowest, mentality is rigid,to much manual work, companies policy is not at all on single road,always fear to work specially in operations department
