One of the worst companies in providing their employees with salary and benefits. Very poor management and work life balance , not listening or responding to the problems of there employees and discouraging or not releasing employees to move to bench if they are not satisfied with the work . Citing various bogus reasons to retain there employees in the same project by not releasing them and forcing them to work overtime with no extra pay.

The interactive culture, Job security and skill development is something I can brag about my company.

Dislikes

Everything else except the goods I mentioned above. Especially the salary benefits, people who are newly joining and people who are already having higher salary might get what they wanted.. but people like me who have average salary (below 30k) and average 5 yrs experience, can never expect anything good since they think I don't deserve it.

Work life balance you will get but on the other hand salary, employee benefits, appraisals are not even ok ok. Whatever you are getting at the time of hiring just keep it that amount . Don't expect

Appraisals , salary, employee benefits and perks. Learning is not enough to survive in industry

...negative....HCLT or Wipro these companies are kind of Desi companies...if u r 3.1 + above band then 15-20 % salary they will make as bonus and wipe out

No salary increase from past 2 years, its luck for you if your manager hear your query, also 1-2 years of experience HR will be top of your head doesn't matter how much experienced you are

...to fraud you in whatever way possible. They drag everything as long as they can. All bonus, rewards strech easily to 1 year delay and if you resigned in between you are not eligible even if it's their fault in delay. No ethics. No rules.
