They will pick you early and drop you later >>Favourable management >>Shift time will be 9:30 hours >>No night allowance >>They have mostly support related project, where you have do calls & calls. >>They will not approve the leaves >>If you have good relationship with upper management then only you can survive in any project >>No recognition >>No extra benefits >>In nippon your laptop screentime records and you have to come the office 3 days in weeks. Work life balance is great but depends on project and the management. Great choice to Kickstart career for the recent graduate.

Dislikes

No relevance for the LPA mentioned and take-home salary. Too many cuttings and dispersion. Don't expect hike and appraisals every year. Just for name sale they release and provide perks.

Late and very minimal appraisal. Toxic work culture.no work life balance. They always ask you to work beyond your shift with no extra pay. No motivation to work. Learning will be just in the team what u r working on

Very toxic policy , appraisals are delayed , the salary is not salary its pocket money, the over work culture and less people in work and more people on bench and silent layoffs
