...rn something new will be less since you will be piled up with your current work. And as for compensation part, don't expect any even if you gave it your all and have delivered above and beyond. Only plus is that job security and nothing else

Poor appraisal for deserving candidates. Poor opportunity to learn even though they have multiple platforms to learn and upskill. Even if you upskill getting into that domain or project will be another challenging task

No, nothing any thing. Ni growth, no timely appraisal, no bonus and night shift allowances, no promotion. I had worked for HCL around 4 yrs but in this over all experience only 35k incremental.

Don't expected growth, salary, appraisal, promotion if any one join this organization. They are not give on time appraisal, also not give the ariaer.
