1 No increment 2 They will not give you 100 % variable pay 3 No bonus 4 No motivation to work 5 Foolish management 6 HR Partner is just for name, they won't reply you 7 Every year if you want salary growth then you need apply resignation.

...r anywhere. Manager also speaks in tamil since majority of people are tamilians. Salary you can't expect if u join newly. Promotions and appraisals you cant even reach that so forget about it.

...ou will) directly escalate to SVP and CPO. Middle management lacks authenticity. I dislike how the senior managers will steal your variable pay and put it in their pockets for their appraisal. Billed or non billed expect no respect. Especially in Financial services vertical.
