Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

...g is changed every week or 2 times in a month. 3. Transport team is very bad. 4. HR said ask your questions but they guys have no answer about Appraisal or Salary increment/ promotion. 5. Appraisal is very bad like 1-5% only.

Late and very minimal appraisal. Toxic work culture.no work life balance. They always ask you to work beyond your shift with no extra pay. No motivation to work. Learning will be just in the team what u r working on

There is learning as usual as other company.. I dont like anythink there except the dress culture

...cluding sunday. All organisations will make us do the extensive works but here..they are expecting us to work without pay...worst thing ever... I never seen a work culture like this becoz...worst management ever.
