Is the market for support agents dead right now... Have been trying to get a callback related to remote desktop support positions as well as incident management process. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated 👍 Update- I have started getting calls now, just 8 days left .. hopeful I wouldn't be empty handed.

HCL is pathetic.

Dislikes

...random things to count your tracking hours . HCL is filled with micromanagement. Salary are are just for name sake, its just a 50k INR average annual hike for the majority. Overall don't join this company , also it have a very bad 3 months notice period to make you stuck in HCL

...o career growth as in automation associates are forced to work in pure manual - Don’t expect for an average appraisal/hike n bonus. People get even 0% hike. Max hike expected is upto 4% - Dumb managers who recognise work of those people who are involved in buttering them - Worst politics ever experienced - No work recognition

We can learn some other skills via some platform like Percipio. This is an advantage.

Dislikes

Salary hike is extremely worst. I'm very disappointed about that. And, they are very conscious about getting work from employee they treat like a machine.
