1. Only God knows about appraisal cycle and evaluation method
2. 100% u won't get variable pay though u got better rating
3. Montly pay have variable component, that too won't be payed 100% which means ur take home salary varies every quarter
4. Don't bother even u worked for HCL more than 10 years ,if u r in bench for 4 weeks ,HR team will block access and threnten u to submit resignation
Good Buildings, Lot of projects, Good food courts.

...ould see the organization is not running in the way which was there 10 yrs back. Companies margin majorly depends on employees variable pay cut I believe.
The interactive culture, Job security and skill development is something I can brag about my company.

Everything else except the goods I mentioned above. Especially the salary benefits, people who are newly joining and people who are already having higher salary might get what they wanted.. but people like me who have average salary (below 30k) and average 5 yrs experience, can never expect anything good since they think I don't deserve it.
Worst salary, worst promotion, everything is worst. You have to be spoon of your manager. The appraisal process is worst. You need setting with your manager. HR are puppet of manager, HR will never respond your query, especially regarding salary and promotion.

3. Worst Management (ex: Hiring more people with less project in hand. Also all benefits will be in paper only. It will not roll out because of insufficient balance in HCLTECH.)
4. No transparency in HR Communication (Including Onboarding)
5. No benefits for employees below E2.2 band.
