Salary hike can be better and appraisal should be completed on time and compensation letter to be released at end of each cycles without postponing for upto 6 months. Shift compensation not provided.

Work environment is good and every one in team is cooperating. Company is giving good training which can enhance our knowledge. On famous factivals they are conducting some function which is good.

Dislikes

...but recently company got sold to Karvy Ltd so I am looking for next opportunity. Also you cannot have good growth in salary if you are planning to continue with company for so long.

Food available everytime in cafeteria. Outside view is good .

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.
