Nothing but the work life balance only that too if you're lucky. I have heard some stories that people are living in stress in some projects and getting paid below market like in lower 10 percentile.

Salary, and very little to no increment. They will hire less experience person than you with more salary. But increase in your salary will make their motion loose.

The pay package is low especially if you are on a non billable position, there is no appreciation for hard work if you're on a non billable position in a project which is a major factor for a drop in moral and motivation to work.

Don't go as an external from hcl , they'll remove you first as a cost cutting.

Worst management . All higher position people are like authority. They didn't talk with you properly if you are in a bad situation inside company.

Work life balance you will get but on the other hand salary, employee benefits, appraisals are not even ok ok. Whatever you are getting at the time of hiring just keep it that amount . Don't expect
