Pros : 1. Decent salary and esops given to employees 2. Awesome support provided during covid pandemic time. (Provided food option for the entire family while you are in quarentine, special leaves for covid 2 to 26 weeks depending on severity, provided 3500 rupees to buy kits like oxymeter, thermometer, etc ) 3. Good leave policy. 4. Encourages employee learning by covering their tution fee up to 8000 USD for part time and certifications are reimbursed separately. Cons : 1. Cut throat company. If you arent performing good enough, you will be chucked out of emerging opportunities soon. 2. Middle management doesnt know what they are really doing and end up doing circus to their US counterparts. 3. During covid times, extended working hours and unnecessary meetings till 9 PM ( client meetings )

Micromanagement , promotion given only to those who remain a yes man for the management. No empathy for employee mental health. And this woke mentality of giving women the promotions and Internal movement even though they aren't not qualified in terms of skills and work ethics

-Field offs management is not a technical person and manipulative person . -Team lunch happens in cafeteria not in hotel as cost cutting - Performing rating but got 6%-7 rating. - No rotation force you to leave job - promotion only to non deserving because they are friend with top management so they will not give bad ratings. -Sr Managers/manager only bothered about rating and politics. - Management will decide your career management or technical? Not you - if company in profit they why all got less %.In name cost cutting Indian management ruining life of qualified peoples. -off shore vp is good he asked for clarity but sir our voice are suppressed because they not allowing our voice to reach you. - revenge was taken by them in increments, to shut people mouth. -Ruined culture of politics . Toxic environment. - Everyone do not like each other. - This is not culture of growth. Selected playing life of person for there own benefits.

No proper KT will be given Most of the people here are 10+ years experience and it’s first job they know the system very well, when outsider comes it’s so difficult to survive in this environment. Middle management are only worried about numbers.
