...r manager will say we will do that. No overtime benefit. Very bad career growth. People are leaving because there are no hike or promotion in last 2 years. Freashers are forced to come to office regularly even during Covid last year. The Jigani campus employees are horrible, managers will force you to work 12 hours to finish the work, Lastly there is discrimination on the basis of education, looks and pronounciation. If you are M.Tech and your RM is b.tech then you will face huge non cooperation and harasment, if you are not south indian and dark you will have a very tough time under some of the Managers in Jigani campus.

They don’t provide you compensation on basic pay. They will increase your variable incomes like HRA and will keep the basic pay as it is. No promotion. HRs does not take responsibility for anything. Don’t work here if you want to live a stress free life.

...s company and Note : ( you don't have an allowance for US projects Night shift). You don't get your "Variable pay" Every three months, they create new policies without any information. One of these policies seems like a way to steal your salary under the name of EPB adjustment Monthly For example, it starts with 500Rs and may increase based on your salary range. The HR and US project manager are the worst Both are well-trained to fool the employees. I can write more about this kind of issue, But I don't have time. please check with other comments and employees

Worklife balance is good also have opportunities to develop the new skills.

There is no specific criteria for promotion and salary hike for laterals is not satisfied. Some time they won't give hike. They won't provide valid reason also. Very disappointed in terms of salary hike and promotions.

Food available everytime in cafeteria. Outside view is good .

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .
