Best company for freshers who want to build carrer in a right path. Exceptional performers will always be rewarded with bonus and certificates. Job security is best in the market.

Dislikes

Promotions might delay even after recommendation. Experienced resources will face gradual hike in the pay scale which is not close the market rate. Work life balance might get affected during month end period due to workload.

Dislikes

Salary and increament is pathetic. If your income sources are multiple then you can surely survive here for 10-20 years but if the main source of income in your family is you then please don't consider HCL from a long term stay perspective.

They give good salary package for experienced person but after joining the company they don’t give hike.

Dislikes

Worst company to work as there is no work culture, lot of politics, managers praise those who has good PR with them. They don’t do good appraisals. Long notice period of 3 months. No job security as HR is just a puppet of operations.

...re lieing and giving false promises. Not keeping their words, No proper support. No hike, when you ask for promotion they are pointing out fingers at someone else, immediate supervisor is not guaging our work, they are believing wat they are assuming. Totally no professional ethics.
