Working in HCL Technologies is good but as for senior level because we mostly get projects of support not of development. So there are so much chances that you have to learn by yourself and you can't get hands on experience of real time scenario.

Dislikes

We don't get any appraisal at the time. No increase in position no salary increase nothing.

Likes

HCL gave me opportunity to showcase my talent. We have cultural activities, we have sports activities, we have dance/music/zumba/Yoga/trainings/certifications/awards ceremonies and I will say we have happiness in our life.

Salary is less. And sometimes we don't have much work but still we have to maintain atleast 7-8 hours of work.

I like the management, company policies, and work culture of the company. It is really a great pleasure to work with such a brand organization and learn different technologies.

Dislikes

I dislike the slow hike in salary, offering and hiring for the less package, and not giving the technologies to work on the project in which an employee is interested.

For the freshers here is lots of exposure to new technologies and methodologies but you find difficult for a 2 years experience professionals as they switch your domain very randomly.

We can learn some other skills via some platform like Percipio. This is an advantage.

Salary hike is extremely worst. I'm very disappointed about that. And, they are very conscious about getting work from employee they treat like a machine.
