...ct. Just learn by working. 3- Appraisal cycles are worst. Even when you get it. It sometimes takes 6-8 month to get reflected in your salary(although added as a cumulative and given). 4- Please do not expect any kind of mercy from your Project Manager/HR to them you are just bonded labours. HR acts like she doesn't even know she is responsible to our concerns. 5- They won't release you from projects even after completing 2 years. 6- Client satisfaction is everything. Even if that means you working 2-3 extra hours without getting paid extra. 7- No kind of shift allowance.

You get lot of opportunity to learn new technologies. High job security as they have lots of projects.

...et a good project and management. Very poor appraisal if you stay here for long. Come here after you have got a good package.

HR team is worst in HCL. No promotions, no growth, they deduct salary without any justifiacation. You will be hired for X work and will assign you Y work!!!! No clarity why hired X skill set manpower when required Y skill set.

Bad Culture....Top level enjoying like government No Job security - 4 weeks in bench ,then slient layoff Montly variable pay - Engagement performance bonus ,though u got above 8 rating most of the times deduction above 50% Annual variable pay- for sure they won't give Instead of giving 1000 crores as charity ,better hcl need to consider their hard work employees pain ....2023 paper released on 2025 January...that too for 2% and no change for most of the employees ....which shows where hcl is going.... Wondering why all IT companies not taking care their employees but focusing only the top levels like ceo,delivery managers...salary increasing in crores every year Never ever recommend to anyone

...atever HR will say that is the policy even they don't follows there made policy. I am 10+ year of experienced person and faced strange incident in HCL that HR changed by salary structure on day of joining and believe me I didn't have another offer except to accept the same. Overall HCL is not a company and is a shop.
