No Promotion, Salary structure is not copitative to market for existing employees.... But if some one move from hcl later 1 year if they are come here they will come up with good designation & may be package as well ... For my case I request my RM multiple time to increase my band and hike...but no positive responses...Finally I moved from HCL.... Note:Eventhough I have 2 infinty Awards, Star employee Award - no major change in the compensation

Being a big brand in IT industry, it's not a good company for long term. No promotions, No appraisals, very less opportunities for onsite which are reserved for non desr

No promotions,, no appraisals, variable pay deductions, onsite opportunity for selected people only, no allowances, policies are not employee friendly.

Job security, training for new comers

Dislikes

No guarantee of promotion, very little hike or no hike, almost zero employee benefits (except medical), very difficult to get even small things like stationeries, printout, micro management.

Working harder or more dedicatedly often results in being assigned additional responsibilities rather than receiving recognition through salary increases or promotions.

Work life balance you will get but on the other hand salary, employee benefits, appraisals are not even ok ok. Whatever you are getting at the time of hiring just keep it that amount . Don't expect
